  • Shionogi & Co., Ltd. on its equity investment into, and joint research and development agreement with, Salubritas Therapeutics Inc.
  • Cube Content Governance Global Limited (CUBE), a global leader in automated regulatory intelligence and a portfolio company of Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses, in its acquisition of the regulatory businesses of a global media conglomerate.
  • Sumo Group Limited on the divestiture of its US business by way of a USD67m sale of the entire issued and outstanding share capital of Pacman Acquisition Sub, Inc. to Jagex Holdings.
  • SHV on its USD122.5 million sale of Makro Argentina and Basualdo Argentina to Cencosud, a retail company based in Chile.
