A&O Shearman represents Trivium Packaging B.V. in cross-border financing for USD2.93 billion

A&O Shearman, the global integrated law firm, has advised Trivium Packaging B.V.—a leading global packaging company—on a complex cross-border financing transaction totaling approximately USD2.93bn (equivalent).

The transaction included U.S. dollar and euro-denominated First Lien Secured Notes, U.S. dollar-denominated Second Lien Secured Notes, a euro-denominated Term Loan B, and an asset- backed lending facility, along with factoring and hedging arrangements. This comprehensive financing package enhances Trivium Packaging’s financial flexibility and supports its growth across multiple jurisdictions, highlighting the firm’s expertise in managing complex, cross-border transactions.
