Zsuzsanna Gordos

Associate

Zsuzsanna is a dual-qualified associate who is admitted to practice in Hungary, England and Wales.

She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions including standalone bonds, commercial paper, EMTN and GMTN programmes. She acts for both managers and issuers (including corporates, financial institutions and sovereigns) and she also has experience in the negotiation and documentation of structured products.

Zsuzsanna has spent six months on secondment to the firm’s London office. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal advisor at a French investment bank in Hong Kong. Zsuzsanna has been recognised as a “Rising Star” by Legal500 since 2022.

OTP Bank Plc. in relation to the establishment and updating of, supplements to and issuances under its EUR 5bn EMTN programme.

MOL Plc. and MOL Group Finance Ltd. on the establishment of their EUR 2bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The joint lead managers on the USD 1.125bn 6.500 per cent. Notes due 2028 and EUR 500mn 0.375 per cent. Notes due 2026 by Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt.

MBH Bank Plc. on the establishment of and the inaugural issuance under its 1.5 bn EMTN programme.

MVM Energy Ltd. on its issue of USD 750mn 7.500 per cent. Notes due 2028 and EUR 500mn 0.875 per cent. Notes due 2027.
