Representative matters

  • EdgeConneX on USD403.8mn sustainability-linked loan facilities to its subsidiary, PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara, for the build-out and capacity expansion and the development of its greenfield hyperscale data center. This deal was awarded the IJ Global “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year” in 2024. 
  • A lender on an IDR300bn social revolving loan facility to a peer-to-peer lending company to further finance micro, small, and medium enterprises in Indonesia. 
  • Lenders on USD200mn and IDR3.3tn term loan facilities to a data center company for the purposes of refinancing, acquiring land, and constructing data center properties in Indonesia.
  • Lenders on a dual-currency SGD and USD loan facility to an integrated energy holding company for the acquisition of a Singapore-based waste management company. 
  • Lenders on USD1,6bn and IDR2.5tn syndicated term loan facilities to the subsidiaries of Adaro Group to construct and develop an aluminium smelter, a power plant, and supporting infrastructure.

Pro bono

  • Collaborating with a regional non-profit organization to provide various trainings for paralegals and conduct research regarding the rights of Indonesian migrant workers.
