Will oversees the delivery of efficient and effective disclosure exercises for complex litigation and regulatory matters.

As part of his role within Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL), Will has extensive experience managing document review exercises and using advanced software tools to review, analyse and perform targeted quality control checks to ensure compliance with best practices, client requirements and disclosure rules. He is adept at handling challenging and sensitive data, such as personal information, privileged documents, and confidential records. In addition, Will spent 6 months seconded to London in 2018 focusing on data privacy matters. He continues to be involved on projects with a privacy focus for clients both inside and outside the European Union, including on investigations by a European regulator into DSAR responses, conducting data protection impact assessments and negotiating data processing terms. Will also helps to oversee the firm’s team of Cyber Incident Response first responders.

Will works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including financial services, education, pharmaceuticals, technology and many more.
