Wasin specialises in drafting and advising on facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, as well as other finance-linked documentation including project documents and hedging. Prior to joining the firm’s Bangkok office, Wasin was an associate in the Banking and Finance practice of a full-service law firm headquartered in London, and has experience working in Singapore, London and Bangkok. He attained an LL.B. degree from King’s College London.
