Viren advises on a wide variety of corporate transactions including complex private acquisitions, private fundraising, digital transformation and private equity deals.

He has experience of advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, acting for both buyers and sellers, as well as significant experience in the tech sector advising high growth companies at various stages.

Viren has spent time in the firm's Hong Kong office and done a secondment to a leading fintech client. Viren has also spent time in India and dealt with investments into the region.

Viren sits on the board of trustees of a charity, Project WHY UK, working with education centres in New Delhi, India.
