Tim is currently responsible for driving innovation in the legal function at A&O Shearman, working with senior stakeholders to promote the strategic use of alternative resourcing, legal technology and process enhancement. With a focus on practice transformation and continuous improvement for A&O Shearman’s global banking practice, Tim works with the firm’s management team as well as our lawyers and clients across the network to ensure that A&O Shearman continues to deliver the most advanced, efficient and client-focused legal service.
