Tim advises and represents clients in national and cross-border arbitration proceedings as well as before German state courts.
His practice includes a broad range of disputes, including energy, supply chains, post-M&A and finance. He has acted for clients in a number of high-profile commercial arbitration proceedings under the ICC and DIS rules and also regularly acts in litigations before German courts.
