Sophia Evenhuis

Senior Associate

Sophia focuses on debt transactions in the international capital markets. She advises on EMTN programmes, liability management and various types of bond issues, such as plain vanilla bonds, corporate hybrid issues, regulatory capital, ESG bonds (green/sustainable bonds and sustainability-linked bonds), covered bond issues and digital bonds.

Sophia has gained in-house experience at ING Bank N.V. in the Financial Markets team during a client secondment. Before joining our capital markets team, she worked in our real estate department. Sophia has studied private law and history at the University of Amsterdam. She joined the firm in 2015.
