Sophia is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in M&A transactions and general corporate work.

She has advised on cross-border acquisitions/disposals, investments, JVs, private equity, financing and restructuring matters.

Sophia has worked for leading firms in Sydney and Hong Kong and has attended the University of Sydney and completed a short term program at Peking University Law School. Her former firm experience includes advising numerous international and Chinese clients on their international transactions focusing on Australia and Hong Kong. Sophia is a fluent speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese.

Advising Orchid Project on multi-jurisdictional legal comparison project to end FGM.

Advised Future Science Prize on ongoing corporate governance matters, including donation agreements, endowment arrangements and charitable entity status in Hong Kong.
