Shraddha Madhan


Shraddha has experience representing individuals and corporations in internal investigations, regulatory investigations before the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and criminal defense before the Second Circuit.
She also has experience in civil litigation, including research and drafting responses.


Pro bono

Working with clients in immigration and asylum proceedings.

Assisting in the representation of criminal defendants assigned under the CJA.

Worked for the Georgia Innocence Project on appeals to exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals in Georgia.
