Shaobo has served clients in matters involving a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, semiconductor fabrication, and light-emitting diode (LED) manufacturing. His experience includes working on a range of patent litigation matters, such as Hatch-Waxman litigation, biosimilar litigation under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA), other district court patent litigation, appeals before the Federal Circuit, and post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Shaobo has been involved in all phases of patent litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeal.
