Sarah is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer supporting the Australian Corporate team of A&O Shearman.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked in-house for General Motors Australia.

Sarah has experience advising clients on private M&A, joint ventures, foreign investment and equity capital markets and has advised a range of clients across a number of industry sectors, including both public and private companies, partnerships and individuals.

Working with Lady Lawley Cottage which provides a day care, residential respite and home support for children with disabilities and their families.

Working with the Salvation Army on the Restorative Life Care Programme sessions for the Beacon Homelessness Service.
