Sanjna’s practice focuses on representing companies across a range of industries in shareholder litigation and internal investigations, as well as conducting anti-corruption due diligence.
Her experience has an international focus, encompassing complex cross-border litigations, productions to foreign regulators, and investigations involving non-U.S. entities. She regularly contributes to thought leadership on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and issues of corporate governance. Sanjna also has a robust pro bono practice and is a co-chair of A&O Shearman’s Asian Affinity Alliance.
