  • Advising on a UER1.2 billion bond and loan refinancing for Azelis.
  • Advising 3i and Action Group on various debt financing transactions for Action.

  • Working with Maternity Action to provide legal advice to women facing pregnancy related workplace discrimination.
  • Mentoring young people through A&O Shearman's award-winning Smart Start program.
