Sakshi has a particular focus oncorporate transactions in the energy and resources sector.
She assists on various aspects of mining, oil and gas, and energy transition projects, including on project development, off-take and infrastructure construction. She also advises on regulatory aspects of projects and operations more generally in Australia, including CCUS and hydrogen.
 
In addition to Australia, Sakshi is admitted as a lawyer in India and is fluent in Hindi.

A national petroleum exploration and production company, on legal advisory services to support its study of the regulatory and contractual aspects of carbon capture and storage implementation in Thailand, with the U.S., UK, Italy, Norway, Australia, Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia identified as countries for comparative study.

Australian green energy company on a Lease Agreement and Development Agreement with the State of South Australia in relation to a green hydrogen and ammonia project.

GLNG in relation to the Gladstone LNG project, including key issues around impact on the domestic gas market and offtake arrangements (long term and spot).

CITIC Pacific Mining Management on various project development and regulatory matters.

SK E&S Co on the development of the Caldita-Barossa gas field in the Timor Sea, including negotiation of LNG Processing and Services Agreement and Pipeline Gas Transportation Agreement that the Caldita-Barossa joint venture will enter into with Darwin LNG.
