Ross works closely with teams across the international network and has considerable experience in real estate finance transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers, advising on the real estate aspects of corporate transactions, leading and co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence exercises, renewable energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience acting for institutional landlords and tenants in relation to agreements for lease, lettings and other property management matters, freehold acquisitions and purchases, redevelopment projects, acting for developers in affordable housing development schemes, coastal lettings and offshore cables and pipelines.
Ross is heavily involved in the identification, development and utilisation of new working practices to increase efficiency and quality including the use of legal tech where possible. Examples include the use of AI to streamline and improve document review exercises, utilising Microsoft 365 for matter management, innovative use of HighQ Collaborate to better track and manage risk on large scale transactions.
