He advises financial enterprises—including banks, investment firms, trading platforms, and market infrastructure providers—on strategic regulatory projects and market entry requirements. Rik has extensive experience advising both Dutch and international financial institutions on the Dutch financial regulatory framework applicable to their business operations in the Netherlands. He also counsels clients on organizational requirements and conduct of business rules relevant to their activities, and supports them in their interactions with Dutch regulators.
