Quentin Herry

Quentin Herry has over ten years of experience advising on a broad range of capital markets transactions.

 
He regularly acts on investment grade bond issuances on behalf of major corporates, banks, and insurance companies, across senior, subordinated, and regulatory capital instruments, including ESG-related offerings (green bonds, social bonds, and sustainability-linked bonds). He also advises clients on liability management transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, and consent solicitation exercises. 

Quentin also assists French and international financial institutions with the structuring and distribution of structured products across all underlying asset classes. He has further developed particular expertise in innovative transactions, including blockchain-registered bond issuances and the structuring of financial products backed by crypto-assets. 

Quentin is ranked as a ""Leading Associate"" in the Legal 500 EMEA 2026 rankings for Debt Capital Markets – France.
