Philipp advises on all aspects of European and German competition law.

He has extensive experience antitrust litigation, representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals on a regular basis. He further has a focus on M&A related work, in particular in obtaining merger control and FSR approvals, covering all aspects of European and German merger control proceedings. This includes Phase 2 investigations as well as coordinating multi-jurisdictional reviews.
 
Sector-wise, Philipp has advised in the tech sector as well as in multiple industries, including steel, chemicals and transportation.
 
He holds doctorate in competition law and was a scholar of the ""Arbeitskreis Wirtschaft und Recht"" during his doctorate studies.
