  • Multinational amusement chain in Cal. Sup. Ct. Litigation alleging unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer legal remedies act claims.
  • The Plaintiff class in Butler et al. V. Suffolk County, a major class action in S.D.N.Y. alleging violations of inmates' Eighth Amendment rights by carceral facilities in Suffolk County, NY.

  • Landmark settlement in a long-standing class action lawsuit against the Suffolk County Correctional Facilities in New York seeking injunctive relief and damages for unconstitutionally inhumane housing conditions.
