She has a particular focus on EU securities laws impacting on mainstream international debt capital market matters. Prior to taking on a knowledge role, Patrizia worked as a senior associate in the firm’s debt capital practice in Milan on a variety of transactions, including straight debt, regulatory capital, and liability management.

She represented Italian and international issuers and underwriters in connection with international debt offerings, the establishment and maintenance of MTN programmes (and issues thereunder), standalone bond transactions (including private placements) as well as convertible and exchangeable bonds issues.
