Oliver is an associate in the Project Development and Construction team based in London. 

He has experience working on various national and international projects, advising sponsors, governments, lenders and contractors on a broad range of complex energy and infrastructure projects.

His practice focuses on all forms of project development, construction, commercial contracts, including the low carbon, nuclear power and renewable sectors.

Oliver has spent time on secondment to the Sizewell C Nuclear Project in the UK as well as to the firm’s Dubai office, working as part of a team advising sponsors and lenders in the region.

  • The project company on the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India Pipeline (TAPI) project. 
  • The project company on the development and construction arrangements on the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project (TAP). 
  • Hitachi Rail on its bid for HS2 and in relation to the procurement by High Speed Two Limited of rolling stock and maintenance services for phase 1 of HS2.
