Nina is in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice, with a focus on corporate, commercial, and pharmaceutical matters.
Nina has experience advising on a wide range of contentious and advisory matters, including representing clients in complex commercial litigation before the courts, corporate and shareholder disputes, patent infringement proceedings, unfair competition claims, insolvency proceedings, and pharmaceutical regulatory and enforcement matters. Nina has particular experience in managing multi-faceted disputes involving intellectual property rights within the pharmaceutical sector, and she routinely advises clients on corporate law and life sciences regulation.

Nina earned her law degree from Comenius University in Bratislava in 2021 and participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at Charles University in Prague, with a specialization in Civil Litigation Procedure. During her studies, Nina completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. Nina formerly served as a member of the Trainee Board, an advisory body to the Presidency of the Slovak Bar Association.

Nina was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in July 2025, upon successful completion of the Bar Examination.
