Nicole is in the London Debt Finance Group and has particular experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, acting principally for lenders including institutional banks and private credit funds on sponsor-backed acquisition finance.



Representative matters

The MLAs supporting Partners Group’s acquisition of Velvet Care, one of the leading European manufacturers of hygiene paper products.

The lenders on the financing supporting the acquisition by ASDA (a portfolio company of TDR Capital and the Issa brothers) of EG Group’s UK and Ireland business.

The arrangers and underwriters on the USD1,095m and EUR750m senior secured term loan facilities and a EUR350m revolving credit facility in support of the acquisition by Bain Capital and Cinven of Lonza Speciality Ingredients, a leading global provider of integrated healthcare solutions.

The arrangers on the financing supporting the EUR2.3 billion acquisition of Ingenico, Worldline’s payment terminals business by Apollo.
