  • Barclays in SDNY against environmental tort claims under Brazilian law.
  • The Special Litigation Committee of Cencora in an internal investigation arising from fiduciary litigation under Delaware law.
  • Citi in a multi-state antitrust and consumer protection regulatory action tied to the UN’s Net Zero Banking Alliance.

Pro bono

  • Primary counsel in an Article 78 challenge on behalf of an incarcerated individual unlawfully denied parole in New York; briefed and argued in court.
  • Represented an Ecuadorian asylum-seeker in removal proceedings through full merits hearing before the New York Immigration Court.
  • Represented class action plaintiffs in federal litigation challenging unconstitutional jail conditions in two New York facilities.
