His practice covers a large variety of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, acquisition finance and private equity-backed acquisitions.
Michel acts both sponsor and lenders side, regularly advising leading investment funds, major French and international financial institutions, debt funds (senior or subordinated), as well as large corporates at all levels of the capital structure (senior TLB, first lien / second lien, unitranche, mezzanine and PIK debt).
