Her practice focusses particularly on advising clients on complex legal issues relating to collective bargaining and industrial disputes law. She assists clients in collective bargaining negotiations and defends them against impending strike actions. Her advice further includes workers’ co-determination matters and the implementation of ESG concepts. Furthermore, she frequently represents clients in disputes before labour courts.
Michaela advises companies on the arrangement as well as on the termination of employment agreements with both employees and members of the board, and in connection with restructuring and outsourcing projects, staff reduction measures and other workforce adjustment projects. She assists clients in these projects from the strategic planning stage right up to their final implementation. She regularly publishes on employment law and, in particular, collective bargaining law issues.
