Merle advises German and international clients on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. 

Merle specialises in particular in providing legal advice and project management on complex restructurings, as well as providing employment support and post-closing advice in connection with business acquisitions. She advises on all employment law issues relating to individual and collective labour law topics, particularly with regard to works constitution matters, the drafting of employment contracts, and the conduct of labour court disputes. In addition, Merle advises on matters relating to business transfers (TUPE regulations) and collective bargaining law, particularly with regard to interpretation-specific issues, as well as on withdrawal from employer associations. 

In this regard, Merle Herrmann advises a wide range of industries; with a particular focus on renewable energy but also including clients ranging from the automotive and transportation industries, over software development and cloud solutions, to the chemical and energy sectors.
