She also advises on the drafting of employment contracts in the area of individual and collective law, in particular with regard to the renewable energies sector, and the conduct of labor court disputes both with regard to protection against dismissal and in matters of works constitution law. In addition, Merle advises on transfer of business issues and questions relating to collective labour law, in particular specific questions of interpretation, as well as on withdrawals from employers' associations.
