Merle Herrmann

Senior Associate

Merle advises German and international clients on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law. 

Merle specialises in particular in advising and providing project management on complex restructurings, providing support and post-closing advice in connection with business acquisitions. She also advises on the drafting of employment contracts in the area of individual and collective law, in particular with regard to the renewable energies sector, and the conduct of labor court disputes both with regard to protection against dismissal and in matters of works constitution law. In addition, Merle advises on transfer of business issues and questions relating to collective labour law, in particular specific questions of interpretation, as well as on withdrawals from employers' associations.

Merle Hermann advises a wide range of industries, in particular clients from the automotive and transportation sectors to software development & cloud solutions as well as the chemical and energy sector.
