Matthias has extensive experience in coordinating and negotiating financial transactions focusing on leveraged and acquisition finance, general corporate lending, project and real estate finance.

He also regularly advises on debt restructurings, refinancings, distressed transactions, and other insolvency related situations.

In this context, Matthias mainly works with financial institutions, investors and multinational corporates. Matthias is recommended by the Legal 500 for debt restructuring and financing matters and is recognised as ‘Rising Star’ for banking and finance by IFLR1000.
