Mateusz specialises in providing regulatory advice to financial institutions (banks, investment firms, asset managers), including in the areas of compliance, launching new products, capital markets transactions and administrative proceedings before regulators.
He also assists clients in implementing financial technology projects throughout the entire lifecycle of the product or service, particularly in the areas of payments, lending, anti-money laundering, cloud computing, outsourcing and others.

A Polish Bank on the restructuring of its brokerage activities. As part of the transaction, we supported the Bank in obtaining a brokerage license, opening a brokerage office and integrating brokerage activities into the Bank's structures.

Multinational technology companies on the implementation of payment models and compliance with PSD2 requirements.

A Polish Bank on the implementation of a project to act as an issue agent for State Treasury bonds in the retail sales network.

A public company on the implementation of the MAR Regulation and aspects related to inside information.

A US Fintech on its crypto-lending products based on stable coins and their distribution in Poland.

Advising NGOs on domestic legislation relating to providing humanitarian aid to areas affected by armed conflict.
