Martin combines his expertise in M&A, real estate and public procurement to offer clients solutions-oriented and strategic advice. 
He has handled numerous real estate transactions involving leases, development projects, sales and acquisitions, with a special emphasis on ESG considerations. He is also well-versed in PPP projects and tenders, having been part of the pilot PPP project team. The Legal 500 ranks Martin as a Rising star for Real estate and construction.

Albert Česká republika in connection with sale, lease-back and subsequent development of hypermarkets and adjacent land in a number of locations in the Czech Republic, including advice on renewables aspects of energy supply to the hypermarkets.

Ball Beverage Packaging Czech Republic on purchase of land and subsequent construction of a 100% recyclable beverage packaging manufacturing plant.

GARBE Industrial Real Estate Czech Republic s.r.o. on numerous acquisition transactions of land subsequently developed as logistic parks.

A bidding consortium on the real estate and public procurement law requirements of its bid to the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic and negotiation of the corresponding concession agreement with the Ministry of Transport in relation to construction and operation of D4 highway being the pilot PPP project in the Czech Republic.

A real estate investment trust company on the approx. EUR1bn sale of a portfolio of logistics properties in Central and Eastern Europe to GLP.

A global defense, security and aerospace systems company in connection with public contracts in the Czech Republic.

Supporting members of the Pride Business Forum Foundation with review of their internal policies to secure equal benefits for its LGBT+ employees.

Offering regular counsel and seminars on D&I matters with focus on equality of minorities at workplace.
