She focuses on real estate finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending and refinancing, syndicated loans and business activity financings (including ESG linked loans), regularly advising major domestic and international lenders, sponsors, as well as financial institutions, private equity funds and leading companies.

Her work primarily involves the structuring, negotiation and drafting of documentation for financing transactions.

She has significant experience in real estate investment financings relating to the acquisition, development and refurbishment of a wide range of real estate projects, including shopping malls, fashion outlets, logistics facilities, offices and luxury hotels.
