On July 31, 2026, Mundys S.p.A., advised by A&O Shearman, successfully entered into a new EUR600 million sustainability-linked term loan facility, featuring an amortizing profile and a final maturity date in July 2033. The transaction is designed to optimize the Company's future financing needs, further strengthening its financial profile.

The facility was structured and underwritten by a lending syndicate comprising BNL, BNP Paribas, Cassa depositi e prestiti, Crédit Agricole CIB, Intesa Sanpaolo (Divisione IMI CIB) and UniCredit. 

The A&O Shearman team advising on the transaction was led by partner Stefano Sennhauser together with associate Marta Mastroeni and trainee Benedetta Girotti.
