Mark Taylor

Counsel

Mark advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law.

He has particular expertise in abuse of dominance investigations and issues relating to digital markets, including digital platform regulations, as well as other complex behavioral issues. Mark also advises clients litigating before the European courts in Luxembourg, having acted in landmark cases relating to appeals of European Commission infringement decisions on abuse of dominance and gun jumping.

Mark was previously based in our London office, and has also spent six months on secondment to our Abu Dhabi office. Mark has a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University.
