Prior to joining the firm, Marina gained a wide experience in these fields in several international law firms, in the legal/permanent control department of an investment banking group and at the French Financial Markets Authority.
Marina advises French and foreign companies on their authorisation and withdrawal procedures, on their issues related to UE and/or French regulation requirements applicable to banking, payment, investment, electronic money, crypto-assets services and distribution of insurance products, applicable to the conduct of their activities.
Marina also advises on M&A transactions involving regulated entities such as banking, financial and insurance institutions.
