Marina has more than 7 years of experience advising Spanish taxation issues on domestic and international transactions, particularly for corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on complex deals.

She has advised on tax due diligence projects (both buy-side and sell-side), deal execution and post-deal integration advice.

Her expertise is extended to tax structuring, corporate reorganizations in the different phases of the transaction and acquisition and/or refinancing of loan portfolios (performing and non-performing) with real estate guarantee.
