His transactions include complex domestic and international deals, working alongside sponsors, commercial teams, in-house counsel and financial advisors from term sheet through signing, closing and post-close integration. His experience spans both buy-side and sell-side mandates, and contested and negotiated public company transactions.
Marco advises strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, infrastructure asset managers, family offices, founders, management teams, boards of directors and special committees. He works with clients across multiple sectors including technology, infrastructure, energy, mining, natural resources, financial services, and healthcare.
