Louis Casteleyn advises and represents Belgian and international corporate clients and private equity investors on all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
Prior to joining the firm, Louis worked as an associate and intern at international law firms in Brussels, where he gained experience in banking & finance, M&A and corporate law.
