Lorraine is mainly involved in issues of debt securities (vanilla and structured issues, EURO PP, issues of regulatory capital, etc.), EMTN programs, buyback or exchange offers relating to debt securities (liability management) as well as in matters of general meetings of bondholders (consent solicitation).
She advises corporates, financial institutions, covered bonds issuers, insurance companies, local authorities and, more broadly, French and international issuers. In particular, Lorraine has developed a sectional expertise with the Real Estate Companies and an ESG expertise and conducts customer training around these topics.
