Her work also includes the structuring and termination of employment and service relationships, the domestic and cross-border deployment of employees or external personnel and dealing with employee representatives in reorganisation measures following a transaction. In addition, she has extensive experience in litigation of labour court proceedings and the negotiation of termination agreements.
