Senior Associate
Lisa advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law.
Her main focus areas are the financial sector and remuneration systems, as well as M&A transaction advice. Her work also includes the structuring and termination of employment and service relationships, the domestic and cross-border deployment of employees or external personnel and dealing with employee representatives in reorganisation measures following a transaction. In addition, she has extensive experience in litigation of labour court proceedings and the negotiation of termination agreements.
