Experience

Representative matters

A Dutch multinational banking and financial services group, in respect of the consolidation of its Belgian independent agent’s network, triggering TUPE regulations. A key manager in the negotiations of his expat management contract with a high-net value family investment vehicle. Our work included review and assistance in negotiations of the management contract including provisions on the special tax regime for expats. An American multinational financial technology company operating an online payments system, in respect of discrimination aspects within the context of implementation of its disability policy. A Benelux financial consultancy group, with respect to advice and assistance on the legal framework and best practices for collaboration with self-employed consultants.
