Kelly Shutt

Senior Knowledge Lawyer

Kelly has primary responsibility for LIBOR transition in the London office’s Banking practice know-how support team.

For the last two years she has been closely monitoring related developments and providing training, know-how and precedents in connection with transition. She has represented the firm on sub-groups of both the Sterling and Euro risk-free rate working groups, as well as being actively involved in the LMA’s LIBOR Working Party.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Kelly was a senior lawyer (Of Counsel) with extensive experience working on corporate finance and cross-border transactions in Europe and Central Asia.
