He advises financial institutions, private capital players, insurance companies, multinationals and other corporate clients on a vast array of employment law issues and has gained in-depth knowledge and experience with respect to social elections.

Moreover, Julian advises clients on due diligence exercises and on the employment-related aspects, such as the information-consultation process of the staff delegation, of M&A transactions.

He holds a LL.M degree in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London. He joined the firm in 2018.
