Jonathan is experienced in debt capital markets and asset‑backed financing transactions.

He has published articles on European securitisations, co‑authored part of The Banking Regulation Guide 2022 (Thomson Reuters, Practical Law), and regularly lectures for the postgraduate course Grotius. He previously served as Managing Partner of the Netherlands from 2022 to 2025.
 
Jonathan advises across the spectrum of debt capital markets, including convertible and exchangeable bond issues, debt programmes and drawdowns, liability management transactions (exchange offers and tender offers), securitisations and covered bond issues.
