Jon advises on intellectual property disputes and specialises in patent litigation.

He has experience advising a range of international clients across different sectors, predominantly in the Life Sciences and in Tech & Comms. Jon is particularly focused on pharmaceuticals, healthcare and MedTech after studying Pharmacology at undergraduate level and then working in the pharmaceutical industry after graduating.

Jon has experience providing IP enforcement advice to patent holders, as well as patent clearance and freedom-to-operate opinions to third parties. This experience equips Jon with a balanced perspective when providing strategic advice to clients.

Pro bono

Jon acts as a mentor for post-graduate IP students at Queen Mary, University of London. He has also previously volunteered at the South Westminster Legal Advice Clinic providing pro bono advice.
