  • The arrangers in relation to the debt financing for Advent International's acquisition of the leading Indian listed pharmaceutical company, Suven Pharmaceuticals Limited.
  • The mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in relation to the debt financing for Blackstone's US$570 million acquisition of International Gemological Institute in India, a global leader in the independent certification of diamonds.
  • The arrangers in relation to the debt financing for Blackstone's acquisition of a majority stake in R Systems International Limited.
  • The arrangers in relation to the debt financing of USD1.1 billion for Blackstone's acquisition of a controlling stake in Mphasis Limited, an Indian-listed IT services company - Blackstone's largest LBO financing in India.
  • The private credit funds in relation to the refinancing of Advent's leveraged buyouts of Cohance Lifesciences and Suven Pharmaceuticals.
  • A private credit fund as mezzanine lender on the acquisition financing by TBS Energi Utama Tbk of the Sembcorp waste management business in Singapore.
  • The lenders in connection with the consensual workout and restructuring of a USD330m syndicated facility provided to a Singapore borrower for the purpose of supporting the target’s chemicals business and operations in India.
  • A regional APAC credit fund on its inaugural NAV facility.
  • Lenders on a wide range of share-backed financings for major private equity funds secured over minority stakes in listed and unlisted entities across Asia.
