As Portfolio Company Practice Lead at A&O Shearman, Jenny advises sponsor-owned portfolio companies on various corporate and advisory matters including equity recapitalisations, bolt-ons, management equity incentive schemes and resets, internal reorganisations, continuation vehicle transfers, exit preparations and exits. She also has a wide range of experience advising financial sponsors on private M&A transactions and take-privates.

Jenny has an Economics degree (cum laude) from Harvard University.
