She has particular expertise in finance documentation relating to acquisition and event driven financing. As a member of the London knowledge team, she analyses legal issues and developments which are relevant to the European loan market. Jemma also provides training to our lawyers and clients. Jemma joined the firm as a trainee in September 2006 and qualified into the London leveraged finance team where, she worked on a range of cross-border leveraged finance, high-yield and general lending transactions both on the lender side and on the sponsor side.
